Building Learning Power

We have been very busy placing our learning habits in to lessons inside and outside the classroom. Here is a list of the learning habits we have learnt about so far:

Perseverance

Collaboration

Questioning

Listening

Imagining

Reasoning

Meta Learning

Perseverance

We have revisited perseverance and together we are making unstuck prompts, so if we get stuck, then we all know what to do.

At present, we have started learning about goal setting. Children are beginning to understand that they need to first make a plan and then think about how much time they will need to achieve the goal they have set. Next, we will be looking at how encouraging and supporting one another are key skills to achieving the set goals.
